June 8, 2020Hello all, Mary Ellen here.
Some of you must have a lot more free time now that we are on hiatus from mask making. I want you all to know how appreciative Roswell Park is of all of our efforts – they still have masks remaining that we have given to them. I’m certain that the other places that got masks from us are equally thankful. When I made the first challenge back at the beginning of the pandemic-could we make 2,000 masks – I never thought we’d go as far as we did. Hats off to all of you ladies, and thank you to the friends of the guild, not members, who also contributed to our effort. Now you’ll have time to finish up things for our postponed quilt show. There’s always something, isn’t there?
I saw a puzzle like this at another crafting blog that I visit so while I was cleaning up from yesterday’s sewing session I thought I’d make one for you. There are 5 differences between the two photos below. See how many you can find. I’ll post my answers in my next blog post.

Position of sissors, seam ripper. Pink square, missing pattern piece and a circle thing near the sissors
That should be 5
Thank you 😊
There is an additional pink and brown card, an extra triangle both below the card and above the scissors. The seam ripper was moved and the green thingy (that’s a technical term) was removed.
There is a second pink card on the left, seam ripper is moved, additional triangles on the bottom and the top. Scissors are different seem to have a lock added.
Scissors moved
Blue chalk moved triangle papers different top and bottom
Round bobbin like object removed in second one
Two medallion cards
Meta thingy green on one white in second

I wasn’t going to list the five things I found because I didn’t want to spoil it for others, but because they’ve already been listed. I agree. I found all five before I saw their answers. I love puzzles. Keep them coming.
