Officers

President

The President shall preside over all meetings of the Guild and Executive Board. The President provides an accounting of all reports to the guild Board and also maintains communications with the BNHV. The President presides ex-officio to all committees except the Nominating Committee.

First Vice President / Program

The Program Chairperson, with the aid of the board, determines the program for each meeting. The chairperson also makes arrangements for speakers, or those involved in the meeting, and then makes arrangements with the BNHV for dates and setups for meetings and any special programs.

Second Vice President / Membership

The Second VP will process memberships and provide and maintain an accurate membership list and name tags for new members. The Second VP introduces new members at the guild monthly meetings.

Treasurer

The treasurer shall have custody of all funds of the AQG. A written or electronic record of all expenditures and income will be kept with proper documentation of receipts and disbursements. The Treasurer will prepare a tentative annual budget and submit it to the Board of Directors for approval.

Secretary

The Secretary will record minutes of all meetings and board meetings. A notebook will be retained of all proceedings filing all minutes.

Natalie Masker.

Historian

The guild Historian shall keep record of activities and events articles and publications. Photos should be taken at major events and meetings and maintained in a scrapbook.
